Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

Once you have found the item that you would like to order, click the button. If the item you have chosen has color or size options there will be pull down menus for you to make your selection. Once the button has been clicked, the page your are currently on will be refreshed and your Shopping Cart quick stats (on left and bottom) will be updated. You may view your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking the view cart button. For more information on viewing your Shopping Cart click here.

Back Orders

If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available merchandise per your choice, (e.g. Ground/2nd Day Air/Next Day Air). When the out of stock merchandise is available we will ship it standard ground service at no cost to you. We are not able to back order merchandise that sells for less than 10.00 dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If the merchandise is back ordered for more than 30 days, we will cancel your order (unless otherwise requested by you) and issue a refund for any pre-payments. On credit orders, your credit card will not be charged until your merchandise is shipped.

Checking Out

When checking out, please check your selections to make sure that everything is correct by viewing your Shopping Cart. Once you are sure your order is correct, click the Checkout button on the bottom (there is also a Checkout button on the left side above your Shopping Cart information and at the bottom of the merchandise pages.) The online order form requires your home address, shipping address, email address and phone number. You must read and acknowledge our disclaimer regarding purchases of restricted articles and certification of your age by typing the word "YES" in the box.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel was damaged during shipping, please retain the shipping carton and all contents as you received it, then call the package carrier for handling instructions. If you have any problems or need our assistance, please call (708-535-9921).

Footwear Policy

When you receive your footwear make sure it fits properly and is exactly what you want before it is worn outside. If items show any wear or are soiled or damaged in any way, they will not be accepted for replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All footwear is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that you have a problem, please contact us for further information. All manufacturers require us to send all boot and shoe returns to their factory for an evaluation by their personnel. We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to their instructions. Normal wear and tear excluded.

All warranties are void if the product has been abused, modified or tampered with.

Placing Orders

Payment Methods Accepted:

Online Orders
When placing an online order, simply browse our online catalog by using the menus along the top and left side of the web site. When you find an item you wish to purchase, click the button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Quantity may be changed for each individual item upon viewing your Shopping Cart. Once you have finished shopping, go to your Shopping Cart and click the Checkout button.

Phone Orders
When placing a phone order, go through the website and either select your items with the Shopping Cart program or write down all of the items you would like to order. Some items require your preference on size, color, etc. Make sure you record that information as well. Once you are done shopping and would like to place your order, call our store at: 708-535-9921.

Mail Orders
When ordering by mail, use the Shopping Cart online. When checking out, select the Mail Order payment method to get a printed order form that has your information and the items you wish to purchase already filled in. This is a more convenient process than using the conventional mail order form and virtually eliminates errors. If you prefer to fill out the mail order form, go to the Order Forms section.

Fax Orders
Follow instructions for mail order except select the Fax payment method when checking out. If you wish to use the conventional order form for the fax method, go to the Order Forms section.

Product Search

To find products quickly you can use the Search Box located in the upper right hand corner of the web site. Enter a Product Name, Brand Name or Category and press the "Go" button. The more descriptive you are the better your chances of finding what you are looking for.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days as long as the item is in its original unused condition. If the item has been used, laundered or altered in any way, it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option within the 30 day period. All items returned due to factory defects must be clean (we will not accept soiled items.) To return an item, contact us either by email or phone to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. We will not accept a return without a return authorization number.

For items being returned for a refund, you will receive full payment amount, excluding shipping and handling, so long as items are received in their original unused condition.

For items being exchanged, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Items will be exchanged so long as they are received in their original unused condition.

For items being returned or exchanged due to an error on the part of Flying Tigers Army Navy Surplus, you will receive full payment amount (for returns) or new item (for exchanges) including shipping and handling charges, so long as the items received are in their original unused condition.

Undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned.
Food items cannot be returned.
used items are shown and sold as is and cannot be returned.

U.S. Shipping Information

U.S. Orders only, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

We ship United Parcel Service (UPS). If a package cannot be shipped UPS for any reason we will ship the package via United States Postal Service (USPS).

These shipping rates are based on packages up to 5lbs. Heavier or oversized packages are subject to extra postage. If the weight or size is excessive we will contact you for approval.

Estimated shipping times are used after an order is processed (usually 1-3 days if merchandise is in stock excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Ground - Within 15 days.
2nd Day Air - 2 days.
Next Day Air - 1 day.

Free Ground Shipping Terms & Restrictions

Free shipping is now offered on orders of $75 or more, excluding sales tax (if any.) This free shipping offer is valid only for ground shipping to APO/FPOs and the Continental U.S.

Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S.

Free shipping is not available on certain large and/or heavy items and certain drop-ship items.

Orders less than the required amount ($75) will be billed at our standard shipping rates.

Orders must ship to a single address.

Viewing Your Shopping Cart

To view the items you have selected for purchase, change quantities or remove an item from your Shopping Cart, you can click the "View Cart" link in the very top right hand corner of the website. You are also able to view your Shopping Cart by clicking the VIEW CART links on your Shopping Cart Quick Stats (found on the left and at the bottom of merchandise pages).
